I am the facility manager at a small independent school in Shoreline. As part of a lock down safety plan, we recently added about 300 new blinds in various sizes and price ranges. I had a personal dealing with this particular budget blinds a number of years ago and decided to give them an opportunity to compete for the business of this facility. I am happy with the quality, price but more importantly the service, instillation and warranty of Budget Blinds Shoreline. I work with many venders and find it frustrating when a problem arises and the amount of work it sometimes takes to rectify the problem. I feel that is I ever had a problem with any of my blinds; Brenda or Arnie would take care of any problem quickly and professionally. Regarding the price there product, I put a higher priority on quality products and service. A number of years ago I purchased blinds through Lowes. They worked fine for the first year, but then the gear mechanism on the angle adjuster stopped working. They were custom blinds and the amount of hassle to return out weighed the value saved. With Budget Blinds there would be no hassle or expense to repair or replace the defective product. I find the installation crew competent and good communicators. With the facility so spread out, Tony, the installer did not need any assistance from me and did the job quickly and properly. I would not hesitate to use this particular Budget Blinds for a commercial or residential blind job. One last note, Brenda and Arne are the owners of this particular franchise. Brenda is a hard working, competent estimator and product sales person. Arne is an equally hardworking scheduler, problem solver and communicator. Being owners of the business who also work beside there employees makes this a more reputable and trustworthy company in my eyes. I hope this has been helpful. Sincerely, Fred Klein

On Sept 21, I ordered a areplacement blindt for the window above the kitchen sink at our home.Arnie was most helpful in assisting me with mathching the color of the former blind and explaining exactly how to measure the window. On Sept 30th Tony came out to the house and installed the blind for me. He also gave some advice on another blind in the house. I had just returned from having surgery and solving the blind problem made my day.The personnel at your company we wonderful! Thank you! I will certainly recommend Budget Blinds to my friends.
