Kendra is a very cordial and intelligent young woman. She showed up, efficiently went about measuring and gave me the benefit of a sales event. She explained everything to me clearly, had examples to show of the different materials. She obviously knows her stuff! The shades were delivered within the estimated time frame. Nathan, the installer, very polite, clean, showed up ahead of time, did great job. I had made a comment in passing when Kendra came for the estimate that I wanted to the old fashioned kind of crocheted pull-downs for the shades (expecting I'd have to of course find them elsewhere).
