I wanted to drop you a note to let you know about my recent experience with Budget Blidns. As you may recall, I recently called you with the plan to order a new blind or have the damaged one re-strung after one of mine was damaged by a water issue on a window. After talking to you about returning the current blind for re-stringing you suggested perhaps we might want to use the "No Questions Asked Warranty" and have the blind replaced. We chose to replace the blind on this one time per blind warranty and within 10 days a new blind arrived at our door. There was absolutely no cost, not even shipping charges. The water issue could have ended up with our needing to purchase a costly new blind but that was not the case. I cannot tell you how happy we are with our experience in doing business with both of you and the Budget Blinds company. I will definitely be recommending you to others. "MY DOG ATE MY BLINDS"!! Five years ago Budget Blinds installed beautiful window treatments in our whole house. They were great to work with and we love the finished product. This past year our new dog got at two of the wood blinds and ATE THEM! I called Jean to talk about replacement cost and what we could do. She said they would be covered 100% under the "No Questions Asked Warrantee". I made sure she understood there was nothing wrong with the blinds before the dog attacked them. She insisted they were covered under this one time full replacement for any reason. Customer service and product quatantee like that is impossible to find, except with Budget Blinds. I highly recommend using Budget Blinds just in case, "your dog eats the blinds"!
