Why Budget Blinds of Washington Coast
Meet the Team
-
Tony and Alix Mcquade
Owners
If Budget Blinds of the Washington Coast had a steady hand behind it all, it would be Tony and Alix McQuade.
As co-owners, they bring a balance of thoughtful design and strong operations, working together to make sure every project runs smoothly from the first conversation through final installation. Tony leads with a sharp eye for design and problem-solving—especially when it comes to the unique windows and coastal conditions homes are known for—while Alix keeps everything moving behind the scenes, supporting the team and ensuring each experience feels seamless for the homeowner.
Together, they’ve built a business rooted in quality, consistency, and genuine care for the communities they serve along the Washington Coast.
When they’re not working with clients or supporting their team, you’ll find them out enjoying the coast with their son, Max—whether that’s exploring trails, spending time on the beach, or taking advantage of whatever the day’s weather brings.
Their approach is simple: create spaces that feel comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully designed—while making the process easy and enjoyable along the way.

Lauren VanBebber Ashton
Co-Owner / Design Consultant
I am thrilled to serve our community as the co-owner, design consultant, and chief lemon cake baker for Budget Blinds of Aberdeen. I am a graduate of Seattle Pacific University and recently retired from teaching. While I spend most of my time behind the scenes working from our office, I occasionally have the opportunity to join Kevin on install day and meet our wonderful clients.
