Julia holds advanced degrees in Music, Education, and Theology. This unique academic foundation fuels her commitment to clear communication, precise project management, and a service-oriented approach to business. She transitioned into ownership to leverage her passion for leadership and the autonomy to oversee every detail of the client experience.

For Julia, the appeal of Budget Blinds lies in the brand's reputation for high-quality products and the dynamic nature of the work. She prides herself on the fact that no two projects are the same, ensuring that every homeowner receives a bespoke solution that enhances both the aesthetic and functional value of their living space. Beyond the Business when she is not overseeing local operations, Julia is an active supporter of the arts. She is particularly passionate about choral music and a cappella performance. A devoted family woman and traveler, she balances her professional responsibilities with a love for global culture and community engagement. Julia remains dedicated to ensuring that every client in the Mars, Butler, and Franklin areas enjoys a seamless, professional experience from consultation to installation. 

Attention Butler! We want to take a moment to highlight one of our wonderful team members, Linda Young, our dedicated and talented Office Manager. Linda has been at Budget Blinds of Butler, Pennsylvania, since June 2014, and her exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude have been key factors in our success.

Linda brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, and her professionalism and attention to detail have been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with their experience with us and to help enhance their homes and make their living spaces more comfortable and stylish.

Linda grew up in the service area and has been a part of the Butler community for many years. In her free time, she loves spending time with her grandchildren, who bring her much joy and laughter.

We are excited to shine the spotlight on Marsha Klaus, one of our exceptional team members at Budget Blinds of Butler, Pennsylvania! Since starting with us, in May 2020, Marsha has been an invaluable asset to our team as a talented Designer. With her passion for fabrics and interior design, she takes great pride in helping our customers find the perfect window treatment for their homes.

Marsha is a true local, having grown up in the service area and calling it her home. Her familiarity with the area allows her to connect with our customers on a deeper level and provide them with the best possible service.

Marsha attends Grace Church in Cranberry Township and is actively involved in volunteering with various activites at her church and is one of the group leaders for her study group. Her passion for music and singing is inspiring and adds to the vibrant culture of our team.

Family is important to Marsha, and she is proud of her spouse and children. Her dedication to her family is a testament to her character and values, and we are honored to have her as part of our team.

Hi! I'm Mikey!  I'm a designer with Budget Blinds. I'm married with two wonderful kids, and we just welcomed our first grandchild--which has been such a joy! I love being outdoors, biking, hiking, gardening, and staying active. I also enjoy reading, cooking and taking on fun DIY projects.  Meeting new clients is one of my favorite parts of the job, and I'm always excited to help create beautiful, comfortable spaces with the perfect window treatments. 

Marty is our experienced installer here at Budget Blinds, bringing 28 years of installation expertise-10 of them proudly with our team.  He takes great pride in making customer happy and is dedicated to doing the job right. When he's not working, Marty enjoys spending time outdoors especially hunting and fishing, and is beginning to look forward to a well-earned retirement in the future. 

Elizabeth recently joined the team at Budget Blinds after dedicating 22 years as a stay-at-home mom homeschooling her five children, she's excited to return to the workforce and bring her organization, creativity, and heart for people to our team.

Elizabeth has been married to her husband, a local pastor who has served the Cabot, PA community for the past 20 years.  Outside of work, she enjoys walking, teaching Sunday School, playing the piano, reading, and spending time with her family and church community.
