    Mike and Kim Clelland

    Owners

    Mike and Kim Clelland opened Budget Blinds of Coeur d’Alene in June of 2014, and have been committed to providing the best possible service to Coeur d’Alene and surrounding communities ever since.

     

    “It is incredibly satisfying to help a family turn a house into a safe, functional and beautiful home,” they remark.

    The locally owned and operated business prides itself in building long-lasting relationships with its customers, providing exceptional service over the years. The Clellands work on both commercial and residential projects, offering everything from shutters, drapes, blinds and shades to Smart Home motorization and automation systems.

     

    A unique aspect of the company is that they bring the showroom to you. “We offer our client’s a complimentary consultation with a design specialist who takes the time to understand their needs, and solves the issues involved in choosing the right window treatments that are both beautiful and practical,” explain the Clellands.

    Mike and Kim have worked and lived in the Coeur d’Alene area for many years, and take great pride in the community they call home. They are active members of the North Idaho Builders Association, and volunteer with the organization to support the local building community. Every year, the Clellands hold a food drive with their clients to support a local donation center.

     

    For them, it’s about making their community a better place, helping to support it in every way by providing great service, a caring attitude, and exceptional products.

    Design Consultant

    Syndee began her career as a design consultant for Budget Blinds in 2002.  Syndee quickly discovered that this was the greatest career move ever!   She says, "I truly enjoy the opportunity to meet each client and help them discover their style that meets their functional needs".

    Design Consultant

    Brandy has called the Coeur d'Alene area home for almost 30 years.  When she's not working with her Budget Blinds clients, you will find her deep in creative projects, spending time with her family or living out her faith through serving others. She's also a proud (and busy) grandmother to 11 grandchildren!

    Katie Lee

    Administrative Assistant

    Meet Katie Lee, our amazing administrative assistant. Katie has two kids and has been happily married for over 15 years. She loves the creative arts and will try to catch a stage play or musical performance whenever she can. A big fan of nature, her family will go on hikes and have picnics during the warmer months. After being a stay at home mom for years she was excited to come back to the working world with Budget Blinds saying, "I think it's lovely being able to help people turn their houses into homes and to be part of a locally owned business."

    Quintin Pearson

    Technician/Installer

    Quintin is a native of the Coeur d'Alene area, but spent a number of years as a school maintenance operator in Alaska before returning back to Coeur d'Alene.  He enjoys carpentry, the outdoors and spending time with his wife and children.  He says he really enjoys having the opportunity to put the finishing touches on our clients' homes with new window coverings, and getting to experience their reactions first-hand!
