Let's give a big shout-out to Sarah Gregory, our Installation and Warehouse Manager! Sarah has been an integral part of our team since 2014 and has 10 years experience working for Budget Blinds, bringing her expertise and passion to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Sarah started as a lead installer and project coordinator, with extensive knowledge of window treatments, specializing in draperies. Today, Sarah acts as the coordinator for installing everything from basic blinds to complicated shutters, ensuring that our clients receive the best installation services possible.
Originally from England, Sarah has become a US citizen and has lived in our service area for many years, truly understanding the needs of our clients. When she's not managing our warehouse or coordinating installations, Sarah enjoys tending to her garden, reading, and spending time with her family. She's been married for 32 years and has two children and three grandchildren.

The Sales Consultant will meet directly with clients, understand their design and functional needs, recommend products such as blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized window treatments, and guide customers through the sales process.
This is a commission-based opportunity with leads provided, making it ideal for a confident salesperson who is organized, professional, customer-focused, and motivated to close sales and build strong client relationships.

We are hiring a skilled and dependable Full -Time Window Treatment Installer to install custom blinds, shades, shutters, motorized window treatments, and other products in residential and commercial spaces.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable using tools, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Previous construction or installation experience is preferred, and training is provided.

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Installation Helper to support the installation of custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and related products.
This role assists with installation preparation, organizing products and supplies, maintaining tools, helping keep work areas clean, supporting customer communication, and learning proper installation techniques and manufacturer requirements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in customers’ homes. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
