Known for her reliability and problem-solving skills, she plays an essential role in supporting Laurie and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer, from quote to installation.

Sarai supports marketing and customer service, ensuring a smooth experience for customers in the showroom and behind the scenes. As the first point of contact for clients visiting the showroom, she offers a warm welcome and assists with any inquiries. Sarai also manages the company's marketing efforts, helping maintain visibility across platforms. She plays an essential role in supporting Laurie and helping maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere throughout the process.
