Phil and Tracy Hickman bring a powerful combination to Budget Blinds—Phil's nearly 25 years of Navy service and Tracy's 12 years in real estate. As devoted parents to six children, this husband-and-wife team understands firsthand how the right window treatments enhance both the beauty and functionality of a home, bringing military discipline and design expertise to every project.
When they're not helping customers, Phil enjoys working outdoors with his sons and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, while Tracy loves cooking, baking, and decorating for her family. Their shared commitment to service and style drives them to help every customer create their dream home.

Design Consultant
Thomas Kester brings a polite, professional approach to Budget Blinds as a design consultant, and his team-player attitude makes him a pleasure to work with. A Kansas resident for 25 years, Thomas is married with two grown children and is known for his courteous, easy-going nature.

Tug Hickman brings the precision and attention to detail he learned as an Eagle Scout and electrician apprentice to every Budget Blinds installation. As a fully trained certified installer, he combines technical expertise with a love for hands-on work to ensure every window treatment is perfectly fitted and flawlessly installed.
When he's not transforming windows with expert craftsmanship, you'll find Tug spending time outdoors with friends or cheering on his favorite sports teams. Assistant Installer
Jimmy Nye brings an easy-going, friendly attitude to Budget Blinds as an assistant installer, and his knack for taking care of things adds a lot of value to the team. Married and committed to his faith, Jimmy attends church each Sunday and lives out his values both at home and in the community.
