Their outreach programs and supportive services helps with the pursuit of opportunities for self-sufficiency, while also providing safe housing with emergency shelters, transitional housing, and/or permanent housing. Budget Blinds of Monterey County has donated numerous blinds to thier Domestic Violence Shelter Program.
