We’re excited to introduce you to our owner and expert designer, David Phillips! With over 30 years of residential and commercial design experience, David is proud to bring his passion for stylish, functional interiors to the Jacksonville community.

Originally from Australia, David studied at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology before bringing his talents to the U.S., where he continued his education at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. He eventually made his way to Jacksonville—a city that reminds him of home.

David has an exceptional eye for design and a deep appreciation for how the right window treatments can completely transform a space. When he’s not working with clients or managing the business, you’ll likely find him playing tennis with his wife.

Whether you’re redesigning one room or your entire home, David is passionate about helping homeowners bring their vision to life—one window at a time.

We’re proud to introduce Jane, the owner/director of operations of Budget Blinds of Northern & Jacksonville Beaches! With a strong background in business and over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Jane knows that happy customers are the key to any successful venture—and that belief is at the heart of everything she does.

What Jane enjoys most is hearing the joy and satisfaction from customers when their vision comes to life. She and her husband have serviced accounts across Florida, but both agree—there’s something truly special about the Jacksonville community. It’s not just where they live; it’s where they feel most at home.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys a full life with her husband, their son and daughter, their wonderful granddaughter, and three beloved rescue cats. In her free time, you’ll likely find her on the tennis court, in the garden, or hiking Florida’s scenic trails with her husband.

Grant Carson is our expert installer technician and a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, FL. With over six years of experience in the window treatment industry, Grant brings precision, dedication, and a customer-first attitude to every project. His favorite part of the job? Connecting with customers and helping bring their vision to life. When he's not installing window treatments, Grant enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

As our Master Installer, Justin brings a wealth of installation experience and knowledge to our business and our client's homes.  His many years of installing window coverings ensures that you will recieve top notch technical installations.   Couple this with Justin's strong attention to detail and history of customer service, provides our clients with beautifully installed window treatments that you will love for years to come.  We are proud to have Justin on our team!

When Justin is not installing window treatments, he enjoys spending time with his family at his home in Jacksonville FL
