Adam leads this team to provide clients with the best service possible from the first interaction through after-sale support. Some days, Adam answers the phones; others, he might meet customers for sales consultations or even install window treatments. But more than anything else, he understands that Budget Blind's success wouldn’t be possible without the trust clients put in his team. He looks forward to helping even more customers achieve their vision for their window coverings and interiors.

When not working with clients, Adam loves being surrounded by friends and family. With a wonderful wife of 16 years, two great kids, two crazy cats, and a close group of extended family, his life is full! On nice days, Adam enjoys playing golf and spending time outside with his family. He is also an avid sports fan who’s always up for a spirited debate about the merits (or failings) of the Orioles, Penn State football, or the Miami Dolphins. He also has an uncanny ability to quote hundreds of films, especially those starring Jim Carrey.

It’s truly challenging to completely capture the essence of Cassie’s role at Budget Blinds of Lebanon and Reading. Yes—She’s a manager, but she’s also designer, motivator, (occasional) therapist, chef, administrator, professional driver, organizer, and a host of other positions too numerous to name. But more than anything else, Cassie is the glue that keeps this team together, happy, and successful. Her design acumen, coupled with her genuine spirit, enables her to make sincere connections with every client, many of whom she now counts as friends.

When she isn’t working, Cassie enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially when it involves preparing and eating great meals. She loves to be active, even if that means spending the entire day walking around a large mall or amusement park (both are favorites). Her vices include ice cream, listening to Jeff Lewis Live daily, and a nice pair of slacks.

Sue is the newest member of the Budget Blinds of Lebanon and Reading sales team.  Her passion for interiors, coupled with her boundless enthusiasm, makes her an ideal designer for your next window covering project. Before becoming a design consultant, Sue was in new home construction and automotive sales, where she learned a great deal about customer service and the importance of cultivating high-quality relationships with her clients.

When she isn’t helping customers enhance their interiors, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
