Meet one of our incredible owners who keeps our ship running smoothly, Bob Engler! Bob takes great pride in connecting with the people of Pooler and Statesboro and is grateful every day for the chance to serve this welcoming community. Bob’s favorite part of his job is hiring great people and giving them opportunities to succeed. He’s skilled at working with different personalities and bringing everyone together as a team. Originally from Allentown, PA, Bob studied at Mississippi State before making Bluffton home. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and kids and playing golf whenever he can. If you ask him his favorite window treatments, he’s going to tell you Plantation Shutters for their classic look and versatility, and Automated Shades for the convenience they bring to everyday life

We’re so lucky to have Casey Reynolds on our team as a Sales Consultant! Since joining us in September 2025, Casey has focused on helping customers solve their window treatment challenges— whether they’re looking to enhance the aesthetics of their space or improve functionality. His role is all about understanding each homeowner’s needs and recommending solutions that truly fit their lifestyle. Casey brings a strong background in construction and customer service to every consultation. He started working alongside his dad installing cabinets at a young age, and continued building hands-on experience through construction labor and six years at a hardware store in Bozeman, MT. This foundation, along with his time at Montana State University, gives him a unique ability to visualize the best solutions for each space. Originally from Seattle, WA, Casey moved to Bozeman at age seven and later made his way to Savannah, GA after an adventurous five-month camping journey across the western U.S. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that make a real difference in their homes. He’s especially a fan of motorized shades for their convenience and modern functionality!

Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether he’s hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking, he’s always up for an adventure. He also enjoys bowling, playing pool, and exploring downtown Savannah with friends. Casey looks forward to helping you create a space that’s both beautiful and functional!

We’re so lucky to have Justin as one of our talented installers on the Budget Blinds of Pooler & Statesboro team! A Savannah, Georgia native, Justin has been a valued member of our team since 2019, bringing skill, precision, and dedication to every installation. As our installer, Justin expertly installs blinds, shades, shutters, and a wide variety of custom window coverings, ensuring every product is fitted perfectly. Justin's journey with Budget Blinds began when he worked as a contractor for the previous owner. The hands-on experience he gained made joining the team a natural next step, allowing him to continue doing what he enjoys while providing exceptional service to homeowners throughout the area. His favorite part of the job is the sense of accomplishment that comes from completing an installation and seeing the transformation it brings to a customer's home.

Justin's favorite window treatment is shutters because of their timeless style and lasting appeal. When he's not on the job, you'll likely find him pursuing one of his biggest passions—skydiving. Justin can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!

We’re grateful to have Samantha on our Budget Blinds of Pooler & Statesboro team as our wonderful Showroom Assistant! Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Samantha joined the team in June 2026. She brings a strong background in marketing, customer service, and small business operations. With a bachelor's degree in marketing, she combines excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to help keep every project running smoothly. As Showroom Assistant, Samantha supports the day-to-day operations of the showroom and office by assisting with customer communication, scheduling, order coordination, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. She enjoys creating an organized, seamless experience for both customers and the team from consultation to installation.

Her favorite window treatment is woven wood shades because of the warmth, texture, and timeless style they bring to any space. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and children, tackling home projects, decorating, reading, and making the most of the outdoors.
