Meet one of our incredible owners who keeps our ship running smoothly, Bob Engler! Bob takes great pride in connecting with the people of Pooler and Statesboro and is grateful every day for the chance to serve this welcoming community. Bob’s favorite part of his job is hiring great people and giving them opportunities to succeed. He’s skilled at working with different personalities and bringing everyone together as a team. Originally from Allentown, PA, Bob studied at Mississippi State before making Bluffton home. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and kids and playing golf whenever he can. If you ask him his favorite window treatments, he’s going to tell you Plantation Shutters for their classic look and versatility, and Automated Shades for the convenience they bring to everyday life

We are so grateful to have James, one of our awesome installers, on our Budget Blinds of Pooler and Statesboro team! With over three months of on-hand experience with our team, James has enjoyed traveling to help our customers install their window treatments to create their dream homes. If you ask James about his favorite window treatment, he’ll tell you about Roman shades- he loves their functionality and style! Originally from Richmond Hill, GA, James stayed local to the Peach State where he attended Valdosta State University. When he’s not helping customers elevate their homes, you can find James spending time with family or cooking one of his favorite meals. James can’t wait to work with you!

We’re so lucky to have Casey Reynolds on our team as a Sales Consultant! Since joining us in September 2025, Casey has focused on helping customers solve their window treatment challenges— whether they’re looking to enhance the aesthetics of their space or improve functionality. His role is all about understanding each homeowner’s needs and recommending solutions that truly fit their lifestyle. Casey brings a strong background in construction and customer service to every consultation. He started working alongside his dad installing cabinets at a young age, and continued building hands-on experience through construction labor and six years at a hardware store in Bozeman, MT. This foundation, along with his time at Montana State University, gives him a unique ability to visualize the best solutions for each space. Originally from Seattle, WA, Casey moved to Bozeman at age seven and later made his way to Savannah, GA after an adventurous five-month camping journey across the western U.S. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that make a real difference in their homes. He’s especially a fan of motorized shades for their convenience and modern functionality!

Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether he’s hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking, he’s always up for an adventure. He also enjoys bowling, playing pool, and exploring downtown Savannah with friends. Casey looks forward to helping you create a space that’s both beautiful and functional!
