She came promptly and was wonderful. She was patient, helpful, and had outstanding taste. She was kind to my rude dog, too.
The blinds arrived on time, and the installation team was slightly late to my house, but they called to alert me. The franchise owner actually came here himself, with the installation guy so they could work twice as fast and get the job done on time. They were courteous, neat, and careful. They finished promptly despite their coming slightly late.
I then decided to get blinds for another window, and Ailsa the designer graciously came back, without complaints. Once again, she as very pleasant and knowledgeable. The owner came to install the blinds himself, and was again prompt and courteous.
