Your staff was on-time, actually early, and extremely professional and courteous during the install appointment. They worked fast and were very conscious, making sure that each room was spotless once the units were hung. Once finished, they reviewed the work completed and made sure to answer any questions we had about proper care for our blinds. Our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in finding blinds that would fit our budget, but not compromise on quality for our new beach house. Lets start with your sales associate Kim as soon as she walked in the door we knew we were dealing with a professional. She was all business but at the same time she was very pleasant to deal with. We had three other representatives from other companies in our home that couldn't get the job done. She got the job done and we signed the contract on the one visit.
