What makes Lonnie great? It’s hard to list everything, but we’ll give it a try! For starters, he brings 25 years of previous sales experience in the financial services industry to the table. Here at Budget Blinds, he’s an enthusiastic and optimistic sales manager with over 10 years of experience in the sale of window coverings.

In this role, he’s incredibly skilled at developing the right action plan for each of his clients’ unique window treatment needs. He’s determined to help them choose the best products. All throughout his career at Budget Blinds of Northshore, he’s earned the trust of his customers and maintains strong relationships with clients.

Where does that success come from? Lonnie attributes it to his ability to listen to his customers and put their needs above all else.

Brandon does it all! From sales to installation, he is always making sure our customers are happy—and he’ll take the time to sit down with you and discuss all of the options because he knows it’s important to be well-informed about our products before you make your final selections. Where he’s concerned, it’s all about the customers getting the absolute best window coverings to fit their needs.

Meet Ellen, our rockstar who joined our team in 2020, bringing with her an impressive 16 years of customer service and management experience in the banking industry. Her enthusiasm and customer-centric approach have made her an invaluable asset to our team, and we couldn't be more proud to have her on board.

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, Ellen's exceptional communication skills shine. She effortlessly engages with each customer, taking the time to understand their unique window needs and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Her talent doesn't stop there! Ellen also handles the important task of scheduling appointments with our talented Design Consultants, ensuring that our customers receive personalized attention and expert guidance.

But that's not all—Ellen's role extends beyond customer interactions. She efficiently manages our office, taking care of crucial tasks such as keeping customers informed about the status of their orders and addressing any billing inquiries they may have. Her attention to detail and dedication to providing a seamless experience for our customers is truly commendable.
